These are the general terms and conditions of Baby Signs Malaysia Sdn Bhd (BSM) (807870-K) with regards to our Workshops/Classes and sales of merchandise through our website www.babysignsmalaysia.com.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Any information entered in this site is treated as strictly confidential. The information you provide us may only be used by us to contact you regarding the Workshop/Classes that you signed up for, your product purchase or to send you periodic updates or promotional news. We do not give, share or sell personal particulars of our customers to any organization for whatever purpose.
Should you wish to be informed of updates, new articles, new products and special offers through email, please indicate your desire in our On-line Registration Form or when you join our Mailing List.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Baby Signs® Parent Workshop / Baby Signs® Sign, Say & Play® Classes
Early registration for all Workshops and Classes is strongly encouraged. When enrolment is low, BSM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop/Class. Minimum enrolment must be met at least three (3) days prior to the Workshop/Class date or there is a possibility of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation due to insufficient participants, BSM will accommodate you at one of our subsequent Workshops/Classes.
When enrolment is overwhelming, BSM reserves the right to accommodate participants who have registered after the maximum quota has been met at one of our subsequent Workshop/Classes. Registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
In the event that BSM cancels the Workshop/Class due to the inability of our Certified Instructor to conduct the Workshop/Class, BSM will accommodate you at one of our subsequent Workshops/Classes.
Products
Merchandise orders cannot be cancelled once payment and/or delivery have been made. You may however choose to pursue an Exchange if so desired (see “Refund/Exchange Policy”)
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Baby Signs® Parent Workshop
If you are unable to attend our Parent Workshop after payment has been made, BSM will accommodate you at one of our subsequent Workshops/Classes. NO refunds will be entertained.
Baby Signs® Sign, Say & Play® Classes
If you and your child are unable to attend a Signs Sign, Say & Play® Class within a series, please call us to determine whether you can attend another similar class. NO refunds will be entertained.
Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange them for another item. NO refunds will be entertained. Should you wish to exchange for another item, you may do so within seven (7) days of receiving your product(s). An item may be exchanged only if it is in a new and unused condition. BSM reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion. All shipping costs to return the product to BSM shall be borne by the purchaser.

PAYMENT POLICY
Baby Signs® Parent Workshop
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Please do NOT send payment to BSM until you have received an email confirming that we have received your on-line registration form, an available space for you at your selected Workshop/Class date and the amount to be paid. We will follow-up with a phone call on this matter.
Payment by cheque (Malaysia only)
Cheque is to be made out to Little Signers and mailed to No 20, Jalan Bukit, Section 11/2, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor or directly deposited to Baby Signs Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Maybank Account No.: 514833107917). All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Baby Signs Malaysia Sdn Bhd”.
If you are sending the cheque through regular mail, please indicate your name, telephone number, the Workshop/Class that you are attending and the date of the Workshop/Class at the back of the cheque. An official receipt will be issued upon bank clearance of the cheque at the Workshop/Class.
Where your cheque is deposited into our Maybank Account, please fax us at 03-7954 2288 or email us at registration@babysignsmalaysia.com the deposit/transaction slip for our acknowledgement. An official receipt will be issued upon bank clearance of the cheque at the Workshop/Class.
Please do NOT send cash by post.
Payment through bank transfer (Malaysia only)
Money is to be transferred to Baby Signs Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Maybank Account No.: 514833107917). Please fax us at 03-7954 2288 or email us at registration@babysignsmalaysia.com a copy of the bank remittance advice slip to inform us of the transfer. An official receipt will be issued upon bank clearance of the transfer at the Workshop/Class.
Payment should be received at least three (3) days prior to the start of the Workshop/Class.
Baby Signs® Sign, Say & Play® Class
The Class fee is to be paid to Kizsports upon registration.
The Sign, Say & Play® Kit is to be purchased directly from BSM on the first day of Class. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Cheque is to be made out to Baby Signs Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Products
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Do NOT send payment to BSM until you have received an email confirming that we have received your order form and the amount to be paid.

Payment should be received within three days of receiving our confirmation. Products will be delivered only upon receipt of payment.
DELIVERY
All products will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date when payment is received.
Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia will be charged a flat rate of 5% on the subtotal. Unless otherwise specified, our general policy is to use AR Registered Post provided by Pos Malaysia to deliver all our products. If a faster means of delivery is required, a flat rate of 10% will apply.
