Q: What is your cancellation policy for the Baby Signs^® Parent Workshop?

A: We will cancel a Workshop if enrolment is low for that particular Workshop. Minimum enrolment must be met at least three (3) days prior to the Workshop date.

Q: Am I guaranteed a place once I register for the Baby Signs^® Parent Workshop?

A: Registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis. When enrolment is overwhelming, we reserve the right to accommodate participants who have registered after the maximum quota has been met at one of our subsequent Workshops.
 
Q: Am I guaranteed a place once I have made payment for the Baby Signs^® Parent Workshop?

A: Yes!

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order if you have not made payment and/or we have not delivered your order. Once delivery has been made, you cannot cancel your order.
