Q: Do you make international deliveries?

A: Not at the moment.

Q: What are your delivery or shipping rates?

A: Delivery within East Malaysia and West Malaysia will be charged a flat rate of 5% on the subtotal.

Q: Can you deliver my order to a third party?

A: Yes. We do facilitate delivery directly to your loved ones or to a different address. Please provide the appropriate delivery address when you fill in our product order form.

Q: How long does it take to deliver my order?

A: All products will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date when payment is received.
