Q: What is your Exchange Policy?

A: We will exchange the item(s) you purchased if you are not satisfied with your order. You must do so within seven (7) days of receving your product(s). If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, no refunds will be made. If the exchanged item is of a greater value, you will need to top-up the difference and the new order will be delivered only after we have received payment for the difference. An item may be exchanged only if it is in a new and unused condition. Little Signers reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion. All shipping costs to return the product to Little Signers shall be borne by the purchaser.

Q: How do I exchange my purchase?

A: If you would like to request for an exchange, kindly contact us immediately at productorder@babysignsmalaysia.com giving us your contact details and the Reference Number stated in your invoice. We will send you a new item upon return of the original item your purchased and upon receipt of payment for the price difference (if any). Exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from the receipt of delivery and the returned item must be in new and unused condition.

Q: How do I return my purchase to you if I want an exchange?

A: Please send the original item purchased by courier service or registered post to our Address.
